Liftwith Lex
In 2016 I was underweight, unhealthy, and not exercising. I started lifting weights, eating more and bulking to gain as much weight as possible. After putting on weight I got to a point where i was intentionally force feeding myself everyday because I was afraid of losing muscle. Realizing I had to change something after being uncomfortably bloated all the time and wanting to achieve a leaner look. I was successfully able to lose fat while build and preserve muscle by tracking my calories and macros.

Once I realized how incredible exercising and eating the right kinds of food made me look and feel, I knew that I had to share with others how I achieved my transformation. I've gained a lot of knowledge and experience along the way, including going to school to get my Bachelors in Exercise Science. Now I want to help people achieve their own goals and give them strength and confidence. I'm so happy to finally share this with you!
